Our Terms & Conditions

  1. All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  2. A deposit may be required before work commences to secure materials and schedule.
  3. Full payment is due upon completion unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
  4. Any delays caused by restricted access, poor weather, or unforeseen conditions may affect completion times.
  5. Additional work not included in the original quotation will be discussed and priced separately before proceeding.
  6. All work is carried out to industry standards and covered by a workmanship guarantee.
  7. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and exclusions.
  8. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damage outside the scope of agreed work.
  9. Waste removal and site clean-up are included unless otherwise stated in the quote.
  10. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the agreed start date may incur a fee.
  11. Public liability insurance is in place for all projects we undertake.
  12. Photographs of work may be taken for record or promotional use unless you request otherwise.
  13. Any complaint or concern must be raised within 7 days of project completion.
  14. All materials remain the property of J McCann Flat Roofing until full payment is received.
  15. By accepting our quotation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
